When you are in love with your wife there are many ways to say I love you! Here is just a sampling of ideas.
Do the dishes. Yes real men really do dishes.

Let her have a day off with all the trimmings(haircut, facial, spa treatment). This also depends what your wife is into(concerts, opera, plays, monster trucks(?).
Tell her how Beautiful she looks when .........(You'll need to fill this in as only you know how).
Thank her everyday for taking care of the kids, the house, the dog, and you.
Text her messages like, "C U in bed at 11:00!!!"
Pick up your dirty clothes!!! I know this may sound silly, but most women will appreciate it very much and it really takes very little effort.
When you go out make sure your wife knows that she is the only one you want. In other words STOP LOOKING at every girl that goes by!!
Listen to her, she's had a tough day too. Sometimes she just needs to talk about it. If she can't come to you with her concerns she will find someone that she can talk to.
