Get an index card and write the words "I Love you". Leave it where you know she'll see it and go on with your day. Sounds pretty simple right? It may sound simple but most woman like surprises and just a note tells her that you're thinking about her.

Wake up an hour earlier than normal and make her breakfast. Bring it to her while she's still in bed and give her a kiss on her forehead. Don't forget, don't say one word.
